Do you wonder if and how Jesus would know your own personal circumstances, sufferings, etc.?  Think of the life of Jesus and all He packed into those three last years:  He knew poverty, He knew how it felt to be hated, to be tempted by absolute Evil (and be strong enough to come out of it sinless).  He knew grief (reference being called to save His friend Lazarus)... He even knows how it is to be too busy, and need to find a break somewhere.   God allowed Jesus to experience issues that are quite similar to ours.... grief, crazy-business, pain, temptation, riding on an emotional roller-coaster and then ..Jesus died ..for us.   We can see (now, as believers) that God's purpose was to save us through the blood and suffering of Jesus... that He would atone for our sins, leaving us white as snow, for all of us until the end of time.   And then.. Jesus came back to walk with each and every one of us, to be our friend, our prayer-partner, our confident, our comforter when we are experiencing issues.   He's "been there" already and will be there each day with you.
