We Presbyterians celebrate Pentecost 50 days after Easter.  Some believe that Pentecost is the birthday of the church.  It is certainly the first time that the disciples received gifts from the Holy Spirit.... something different had occurred... This was the first day to understand what Jesus had been teaching them; the Holy Spirit "lit the fire" within them and the disciples were radiant with joy.  Given gifts of power and courage, or whatever gifts the Holy Spirit has given you, use those gifts to share the message, to communicate His message, demonstrate your gifts for His sake.
