Making Time
Jesus. Sitting now at the right hand of God. Jesus, the human - just like us, with human emotions, needs, and wants. He displayed temper, desire for time alone, hunger-satisfied by multiplying the fish for all. He also was instilled with compassion and showed it regularly... no matter how tired and frustrated -- He ministered to the crowds who needed healing, compassion, etc. H His lesson for the disciples, was "make time" and follow His example in ministering to the people, not shooing them away (as they did when they were trying to protect Him from the crowds or being "bothered" by little children. His example for the disciples is the same for us: make time for those you meet by helping with their physical needs and also by ministering in His name... to "go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you" from Matthew 28: 19-20. The final point? Jesus, now at the right hand of God the Almighty, has the time and is with you always ...."And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
