When you accept Jesus, He has said in Scripture that he wants to be in the driver's seat -- let "Jesus Take the Wheel!"  Don't let your own human thoughts distract you; listen for "God thoughts."  You may think you can handle every way out of a situation, or think that you are alone with whatever issue, or illness, etc.  If you can wrap your head and heart around this, it is actually an insert to our dear Lord if we are determined to take it all on ourselves.  He is capable, He is listening, He is caring for you every minute.  You won't be immune to challenges, sadness, even illness but you do have the eternal guarantee that the Lord is with you all the time... you just need to hold back on your anxiety, apprehensiveness, and listen to the Lord as He accompanies us everywhere.
